Free College Tuition Act





  • Preamble: Whereas, this bill would offer the opportunity of a free college education to thousands of high schools graduates. This bill would not only be beneficial to the students but also to the country, because with more educated citizens, the more contributions they could offer. This bill could provide students who live in low income housing the opportunity to go to a good school, students would have to have at least a 3.0 GPA, live in either low income or middle class households, they would still have to apply and get accepted into the college.
  • Body: 1. People who have a 3.0 GPA and above and live in low income and middle-class families 2. Students still have to qualify and apply to colleges, and get accepted 3. Provides students with a good quality education that is affordable 4. Enrolled in 2 year or 4 year school
  • Enactment Clause: This goes into affect 91 days after passed



The Senate in period 3 might be in favor of this with major changes.
