Title of Bill Free College Education for US citizens





Preamble: Whereas... College education for U.S. students would be free. Anyone who is a U.S. citizen that is at least 18 years old, will receive free tuition. A college education is important for a successful life therefore we made it a option to receive this wonderful opportunity. This should be addressed by the government because many find this a issue because college can be expensive, that's why we came up with this bill.

Body:
  • Section 1: In order to quality for free college education they must have at least a 2.5 GPA for high school.
  • Section 2: They must have a clean Criminal record, no felonies
  • Section 3: They must have 20 community service hours within their 4 years of high school.
  • Section 4: No school obligations due.
  • Section 5: Must have a job, this shows that you are committed.
  • Section 6: Must be a US citizen, meaning you must be born in the U.S.

Enactment Clause: This bill will take place intermediately after 91 days.

Period 1 The Senate proposes compromise measure 3.5 and 150 hours community service equals 10 grand per year.
