Preamble: Whereas the current drinking age in the United States is illogical by how citizens at the age of 18 can serve and die for our country, get married, buy a house, or vote for presidential elections, which are all real world decisions that can be life changing, but as a country as a whole we are not allowed to buy alcohol until the age of 21. The drinking age limitation was declared in a different generation then the one we are in now. (1920's) Whereas every other industrialized country has the drinking age set to 18 years.
Body: The law will change the drinking age in all 50 states to 18 instead of 21.
Enactment Clause: This will become a law in 91 days after this bill is passed.
