    Preamble:
    Whereas approximately 11.7 immigrants
    Whereas those who do not have a criminal record and have proof that they have been here since 2012 should have the right to path to citizenship. If you have no family members who are american citizens than the path of citizenship is open since the year of 2010.
    Section 1: Let anyone who has been here from 2010 without any felony should have a path of citizenship, as long as their have immediate family members who are United States citizens.
    Section 2:A: Said immigrants

    Section 3: Individuals can give $324,000 per year to a political party. (It used to be the most an individual can give to a political party is $32,400.)
    Section 4: The Frank-Dodd bills that previously requires banks to turn over risky investments in derivatives to subsidiaries that are not FDIC insured. This bill will undo this requirement and allow banks to invest in derivatives again.
    Section 5: It will be illegal to use any federal funds to fight against marijuana legalization at the state level.
    Section 6: $1,000,000 dollars will be made available to construct a high speed bike path from Ventura to Santa Barbara.

    Enactment Clause: This law will be effective in 91 days.
